Autumn Leaves 2009

This is a montage of little Victor during leaf-raking season at our new house in Winston-Salem. A few century old white oak trees in and around our property turned leaf-raking into a task we had never experienced before (Victor and girls loved playing in them though). Fortunately Papa Victor was here to help with this. Among other things he also helped assemble our new playstructure, a gift from grandparents Plemmons.

Papa Victor came to visit from Peru for nearly 6 weeks and Mamaruju for about 10 days. Little Victor really enjoyed his grandparents. They dedicated all their time to the children and taught him many things. By the end Victor was easily recognizing and pointing at Papa Victor across the room. We were all sad to see them go back but maybe one day, they will just come and stay.
